London, Apr 18 (PTI) The mother of Britney Spears' rumoured boyfriend , back up dancer Chase Benz, is upset over reports of the hook-up as he already has a girlfriend.
Benz's mother Diane is livid and has told her son that Spears will never be welcomed in her family home in Tennessee, reported Daily Mirror online.
"Chase has already got a girlfriend. Her name is Tessa Campbell and she is a fantastic girl. They've been going out for three years, she's the same age and they are great together," said Diane.
Britney has reportedly been dating the 21-year-old dancer, for some weeks now and the alleged couple also perform some racy sequences together on stage during the shows in her ongoing 'Circus' tour.
"Britney was all over Chase from the word go. He was determined to keep things professional but Britney has been making it difficult by being extremely suggestive. Chase has been dating Tessa, his childhood sweetheart, for over three years and she is livid about the reports as is Chase's mum. Diane has ordered him to stay away from Britney and made it clear she's not welcome in the family home," a source close to Benz told the magazine.
Britney has a history of falling for dancers and her ex-husband Kevin Federline, a dancer, was still with the mother of his two children, actress Char when the 'Toxic' singer began an affair with him after meeting him at a bar. PTI

Sam Lutfi Keeps Away from Britney Courthouse
Opting to not rock the boat, Britney Spears' erstwhile manager skipped a Wednesday court hearing pertaining to the temporary restraining order that requires him to keep at least 250 yards away from the pop princess. The order was subsequently extended until July 31 by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz and officially approved this afternoon by Judge Aviva K. Bobb after Goetz, responding to a motion previously filed by Lutfi asking for a judge to oversee the case, recused herself from these proceedings.(View the court papers.)Goetz is still presiding over the conservatorship case involving the 26-year-old Toxic singer and is scheduled to hear issues regarding Spears' trust on Thursday.Attorneys for Jamie Spears, who has been appointed temporary coconservator of his daughter's estate until at least July 31, and Lutfi's legal camp also readily agreed to the terms. We believe this is in the best interest of Ms. Spears, Jamie's attorney, Vivian Thoreen, told the judge.Earlier Wednesday, Lutfi's spokesman, MIchael Sands, exclusively told E! News that Lutfi was willing to abide by the court's order. He just agreed to it,Sands said.Sam and the family are communicating and cooperating, trying to do what's best for Britney. Lutfi, once a frequent fixture in Britney's life, was not served with the initial order until Feb. 21, three weeks after Jamie and Lynne Spears moved to keep him away from their daughter after he helped arranged for her hospitalization at UCLA Medical Center. A federal judge immediately prolonged the order for another month, and when March 17 rolled around, Lutfi complacently agreed to another 30 days sans Spears. He respects Britney, he respects the temporary restraining order, and everyone is beating him up for no reason," Sands said last month.Enough is enough.

Britney Spears To Appear In Court Today She wants more visitation rights to see her sons
Britney Spears is set to appear in court today to appeal for more time with her young sons. Toddlers Sean Preston and Jayden James currently stay with their father Kevin Federline after authorities gave him full custody following the pop wreck s erratic behaviour. Since holding the two tots hostage at her Los Angles home in January, her father Jamie Spears has been looking after his daughter and she seems to be doing much better. Having lost weight and ditched no-good friends Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, Britney and her lawyer will argue that she should be able to spend more time with her boys as a result of her progress. Do you think Britney is getting better? Should she receive more visitation rights. Be sure to leave your comments below.

Britney Spears Peeper Defends Her Snooping
Apr 20, 2009
As Britney Spears continues her Circus tour throughout California this week, Spears' alleged trespasser Miranda Tozier-Robbins spoke exclusively to E! News about why she snuck onto the pop star's property and the reason she believes things have been blown out of proportion.
Tozier-Robbins, 26, is a former American Idol hopeful who says she has been in Los Angeles for about a month and a half and is actively pursing an entertainment industry career in numerous fields, one being paparazzi-like documentary filmmaking.
According to Tozier-Robbins, Britney's house was simply chosen because of its convenient location and perfect timing—she knew Spears would be in L.A. for her tour this week and apparently her address is available online.
"The documentary is more or less just, [me] on the way to Britney's house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods," says Tozier-Robbins.
While she confesses to being a fan of Spears, Tozier-Robbins claims that she is in no way a stalker. "There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it, you know!"
Once on the property, Tozier-Robbins was immediately caught by a Spears security guard and arrested for trespassing. She received a citation and was released.
But Tozier-Robbins tells E! that she would do something like this again in the future—minus the trespassing.
"I learned my lesson," she says. "What I was doing was paparazzi work preparation. I'd like to do some paparazzi gigs—it's a start."
Unfortunately for Tozier-Robbins, the type of work she claims to want to do—music, movies, TV—is not easily achieved through this kind of start in the biz.
Tozier-Robbins appears to be changing her tune about the motivation behind her misadventure. Speaking to Access Hollywood on Friday, she claimed that it was all a joke in the beginning, one that "everyone knew about."
For now, Tozier-Robbins says she's just awaiting her day in court (her next hearing is June 16) so she can reclaim her confiscated "documentary" footage.

Britney Spears is baffled and bemused by a property millionaire's bizarre claims he's engaged to the pop superstar.
Just weeks after the supposedly-single singer was romantically linked with a dancer on her Circus comeback tour, 40-year-old land developer John Sundahl claims he has been dating Spears on and off since they met in rehab in 2007, and the pair is planning a spring wedding in Germany.
The story originates from an interview Sundahl's personal pilot Lance Chase gave to the National Enquirer.
Chase told the tabloid, "Britney and John used to date, but they reconnected after her show in New Jersey, and now they're engaged. He got down on one knee in a Subway sandwich shop in Santa Monica (California) a week ago and proposed with a $4.5 million (?3 million) marquise-cut diamond. They plan on getting married at his aunt's farm in Germany in six weeks."
When approached by the New York Daily News to verify the story, Sundahl backed it up, saying, "Britney doesn't want to do anything until the tour is over. She wants press for her tour and not for an engagement."
But the wedding plans are news to Spears, who divorced second husband Kevin Federline in 2007.
